Yellow Safe, Pirate Studios 2025

My good mate Lewis knows how to make moves, be that his subjects on the dancefloor when he lays down stupidly hard beats, or his personal travel. He knows what the hell he's doing and it's great to be able to capture this evolution of the Yellow Safe. It's more than just a DJ set, it really is an experience, hence we Enter The Yellow Safe; No less. We shelled down Pirate Studios in preparation for his double sets at the legendary Nowadaze Festival. Enter, Safety.

Dubai 2024

My first time leaving Europe was already an experience but I had no idea what I was in for when the heat hit at DXB. Dubai is one of those places that you never forget and for right reason - it is like a supercharged version of your favourite capital city, and some; they want you to know that too. The view from the Burj Khalifa shows literally every angle of this Supercity, from the edge of the desert, to downtown, to Old Dubai, to the Palm islands... You can't help but laugh at how cool it is.

London 2024

Home in spirit, but London is still a different planet. Also the perfect backdrop to try out a new camera, conveniently. I enjoyed my rare visit to the centre, although insanely busy in the middle of summer. That's a note to self for next time. The Big Smoke can't be missed.

Nowadaze Festival, Bristol 2025

Grassroots at it's finest. Genuinely the best weekend ever. And everyone else is in the exact same boat. Both a pleasure to work at and experience, but it didn't even feel like work. A perfect mix of local and wider known, drum and bass to rock, workshops to equality talks, thrift shops to just the right food you want at a festival. All made special by it's own community who feel like they could actually be family. Are you going next year then? Cool see you there.

Weymouth 2025

The little seaside town that may be better to visit in late-winter than summer? Or maybe we got lucky, but this place was a perfect mix of peace and colour. Don't be mislead as we had 5 layers on the whole time, but soon came off after the pretty sick walk down the iconic Durdle Door. Hard recommend, will be back.
